Next Generation Student Information Services (NGSIS)

What is ACORN?

ACORN is the Accessible Campus Online Resource Network, a collection of student information services that will make it easier to be a U of T student. ACORN is the name for student facing services created under the Next Generation of Student Information Services program.

Over the next 12 months, the University will kick-start ACORN with new services that simplify interactions with residences; verify Varsity athletics eligibility; ease course and program of study discovery; facilitate online course planning and selection; chart degree progress; purchase text books, and more.

Over the next few years, the expanding volume and breadth of ACORN services will replace ROSI.

Learn more about ACORN and NGSIS on this website, where we will post progress reports.
